Here we are at the end of another year and as many people question, where does the time go? I was flipping through a calendar at home before throwing it away today and it was fun to look back at each month and remember what was going on in our lives. Silly things like doctor appointments or busy weeks at work and big things like vacations and first birthdays.
We welcomed 2009 with a 3 month old and cannot believe how much Tanner has changed in just one year into a crazy, fun, sweet little boy. I started the year back to work after a nice long maternity leave and had to begin the balance of being a working mom and rearranging my priorities. Erin took a pay cut but got to keep his job but he lost his dad which was just tragic for our family this summer. We struggled through a sick kid, sick us, sick dog and just life. We enjoyed an adult trip to San Diego and really figured out our routine as a family of three.
Through the ups and the downs we lived, laughed, loved and are thankful for all the blessings and people in our lives. May 2010 bring more joy, happiness, health and peace to everyone.
